This instrument is a recreation of guitars made in the 17-18th century but with all the modern necessities. Maple back and sides; Italian spruce top; maple fretboard, headstock overlay, bridge and bindings. Purfling is holly dyed red. Boxwood bridge pins with red dots. 12 fret to the body with a 24.1” scale. French Polish finish. No black trim anywhere! A very unusual instrument. No other guitar like it exists in this world!
